The TV mount was perfect but the remote programming is not working and would like to either get someone back out to correct it or get a refund.

The TV calibration was pretty straightforward and overall just needed some minor tweaks, however if you’re buying a new television and you’re going to have it installed, just spend the extra money and get the Best Buy service plan. Calibration only cost me 50 bucks and it was definitely worth it

Can really see the difference! I liked how the agent explained things as he went along! The colors, brightness and contrast are all where they need to be! He did say he’d email me the specs and I have not received it yet.

My TV picture was nice out of the box, but after calibration, it became fantastic. The colors are true to real life, not oversaturated. The black land white evels are so much better! Completely worth the investment! The Geek Squad employee was amazing, patient and knowledgeable.

Tom did a fantastic job with my TV calibration, the difference in picture quality is night and day. This is probably my 5th TV that I had calibrated over the past 4 years. I purchased Total Tech support which brings the price down to $49 per TV calibration (it cost $250 w/o total tech support).

My tv is expensive but not OLED. I wanted to get the best out of it because the model I bought inherently has disappointing black levels (on its own) to be honest. The calibration made me feel the TV was giving its best and I'm glad I had it calibrated. It was properly done using test equipment and I managed to get it while it was on a discount, I believe.

They make the colors look like they should if you run your tv in dynamic mode all the time its not for you. At first it looks dim and it takes some getting used to but in the end the tv will look right you can still change the mode to dynamic if you want to play a game or watch some bright sifi movie

The agent explained what he was doing through the color calibration process. The color now is very natural and the picture is very realistic. So happy that we did the calibration.

This was one of two TVs that needed to be calibrated. I had used the service in the past and wanted the best picture possible from the OLED. The service took about 2 hours and was easy to follow as the tech made the adjustments to the picture. This was to give me the best color and picture possible and it worked.

The agents did a color calibration and it made a huge difference. Made everything look clearer and more realistic. Helps the life of the tv too.

I have a tv that I purchased a couple years ago and when they calibrated the tv it was totally impressive how the picture quality had changed. this service also helps with the tv lasting longer because the tv comes from the factory with it set to maximum on everything and they tone it down which will help with the LED's lasting

It's worth it to me to have the TV calibrated, and the tech that performed the service was the most professional tech I've had in my home. He's thorough and very committed to best buy.

I was very skeptical about this product and waited for more than 1 year after I bought my Samsung 65" 4K TV. I had it calibrated on a Thursday and as of Sunday I've had 5 people who've seen the TV on a regular basis ask me if I got a new TV. The difference is unbelievable!

This service was a real learning experience for me. In order to get a real life picture most gimmick settings on a new tv should be turned off. The laptop the agent used had a lot of graphs to read. The agent explained every one and showed me the before and after look. What a difference!

A certified Geek Squad Agent came out to my home to tweek the new purchase of our LG Television. The color, sharpness and clarity were perfect when finished. I will most definitely use them again!

We purchased a 65 inch Sony TV from Best Buy and the installer suggested the service. We didn't know there was such a service. We had the guy come out Saturday and calibrate the TV and what a difference. The TV was excellent before he started and even more so when he was done. He set each color and what a difference, Would highly recommend doing this to any TV.

It was hard to get the right person but the agent was great. I had multiple problems and all were handled professionally.
