Geek squad was very knowledgeable, took time to explain the changes and showed how the video is much better with the changes... a must have for those with 4K TV, particularly for those with 1080p content

Barry really knows how the TV and other accessories work. Our new Sony was misbehaving on switching inputs. Bary found a setting on the Roku he changed and no more misbehaving. Thanks Barry.

I’ve bought 3 tv’s for myself at Best Buy & with each one I had them calibrate it for me. The video quality definitely shows during movie & game time on my tv. Definitely worth the added cost of buying a high end tv & getting the best possible picture out of it.

The agent (George) was polite and professional and he did not rush through the calibration. He explained every aspect of the tests he was conducting and emailed me the results. TV looks great and now I have base setting in which I can adjust my TV. Great job.

My big screen tv was calibrated. The tech was there for a little over an hour. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The tv settings that come preset were very bright but were not realistic. After calibration, the colors are true to life and set to my television' s room lighting.

He was very serious about setting up the TV to computer specs, but he also tried to adjust for our big room which has lots of light during the day... In the end, the calibration service was interesting and the picture is better than when I initially set it up.

Was not satisfied with it could only be calibrate in movie mode and that mode is not pleasing to my eyes the picture looked to warm like the sun was shining on the TV, the blacks were highly pixelated on some shows which I had never seen before calibration, sharpness was not up to par. Waste of money

The agent was efficient and did a good job of calibrating my LG OLED. However, description of what was to be done included 2 hours of work (took 1 hour) and I was supposed to get a printout of calibrated settings (never got this). One hour of work was not worth $249 charge. In my opinion, charges should be prorated to actual time required.

I think my setting looks better. However, the technician gave a night time setting that’s pretty nice on my 8K tv.

I doubted the calibration on my new Q7 Samsung would make a noticeable difference in what was already a great picture. I was wrong! The calibration made a great picture even better. The colors are fantastic but the real difference was in the blacks and grays. Will calibrate future TVs!

Gary fix the TV and was very helpful in suggesting a new router for us. He was very patient with our questions and connected us to all devices. He answered all our questions and I would strongly recommend him. Excellent service!

Just when we thought our new TV's had the best picture we had ever seen, the Geek Squad calibrated our TV's & the picture became even better. In addition, we learned we had picture adjustments that allowed us to set the screen according to the shows we were watching.

Cannot recommend this enough. If you have a large tv this is the only way to set it up.

Was skeptical about spending the money for this service but as it turned out it was worth every penny. My LG OLED looked fairly good after I used some settings I found on the internet and YouTube. I knew this tv was capable of much more. The geek squad did a fantastic job!! I'm totally pleased.

This is the second television I've had BestBuy calibrate for me. The Geek Squad guys are professional courteous and did an excellent job that's why I had them come out on my second TV I purchased from them. Will be using them again in the near future will recommend them to all my friends.

Awesome job! Calibration is so essential in getting your purchase to look it's best. And as always, Kyle, the Geek Squad Tech. did an incredible job. He has calibrated most of my televisions and projectors and he is the best.

Brian, geek squad tech did the calibration. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing. Showed graph of before and after of completing the calibration. Such a Difference !Recommend this being done !!! Colors are vibrant ! WOW !

Covid 19 has caused inconveniences for everyone so i understood the length of time it took to get my service. Tech was knowledgeable and patient. 800 geek squad could use an upgrade. Too many promps not enough personal communication.

This was just a colors calibration for a tv that was installation last year. The Tech was super smart, quick and man does the tv pop now. They recommend at least 100 hours on the tv before having this done, but you won't regret it.
