Could not believe the difference in the with the color accuracy and clarity of picture. Barry was great, explaining things to us and showing us some tweaks that really made things pop. Should have had this done long time ago (had our older TV calibrated at same time as new one). Anybody that gets the new level of TV should have this done. Using tools and apps that we as consumers don't have access to. Job well done!!!!!!

Had two Samsung TVs calibrated making the picture true life-like. It may take a little time to adjust to the picture, but it is now true color. Our Geek Squad agent ( Matt ) was professional & courteous. He took time to answer a lot questions that I had, giving us recommendations for a future purchase of another TV for an extra room.

I'm very pleased with this receiver. It's a strong receiver and even at higher volumes nothing clips. (The main speakers are Polk RTi 12s.) I use the receiver as a pass through for all audio and video. The 4K upscale looks good on my 4K TV -- finally as my prior receiver wasn't. Wireless feature is great too for streaming audio.

Tony came to calibrate my TV on time. Called me on his way. Toni is very nice, courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job, the colors and brightness are as perfect as one can get. Would definitely recommend this service and Tony at the Costa Mesa BestBuy store.

Purchased LG OLED 4K tv had a good picture but after calibration it’s amazing. Raul did the calibration & it takes a while to do but he does such a great job. We can now see all of the colors & definitions & true blacks. The football field is now a true green not bright green.

TVs vary quite a bit out of the factory. The techs equipment showed quite a separation between TV performance before and after the calibration. You need a trained eye to see the differences, but their are definite changes. This is for those who want the best color performance.

The calibration tech took the time to understand all the options available to him. He then used his calibration approach to get the best possible results from my TV. The results were accurate colors and all finer shades of grey looked real.

Matt has helped us in so many way and is always ready to explain things to us as he is working with 80 year olds and sometimes it takes more than one time to tell us. He will always repeat if necessary until we fully understand.

We had been having trouble with true color due to a screen having to be replaced, but after screen replacement, the colors were too dark. After calibration we have a great picture

At first, I wasn't even sure exactly what the calibration was for, and if it was needed. However afterwards, there really was a difference. The colors became much sharper and life like. Thank you Geek Squad!

Had the Geek squad come by and Calibrate the TV. They recommended you but at least a few months before the calibration. I did and the TV looks great.

I bought the Sony 940E, it is pretty accurate out of the box but when it got calibrated, it looked unbelievable. The colors pop and we were able to keep the brighten where I like it.

We had the nicest man come and set up our tv/sound system for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He answered all out questions and then some. Very pleased.

Brandon did my calibration and he was not only knowledgable, but he explained what he was doing and why, gave us some very advise and now our tv is perfect.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained it so I could understand. The tv now has exceptional natural color and more detail. What a pleasure to watch.

Excellent Samsung TV as always. The picture clarity and quality are very good for a 49" TV and it is easy to operate. Lightweight, Geek Squad install was very easy.

SCOTT was awesome in calibrating the tv’s. I would highly recommend your customers to do this. Huge huge difference in the picture quality.

After reading online how much knowledge is needed to do this by oneself, I signed up to have the Geek Squad provide this service.

This calibration made a great tv even better. Colors are more vivid and brightness was set to our liking

agent was very good. Calibration seems to be OK but really didn't seem to make much difference at first. I am used to it now.
