Thanks for your great installation of my new L G OLED tv, sound bar, speakers, blue ray,, and surge protector. I appeciate explaining how everything works too. LOVE my new system with owesome color and sound. Biggest invest I have made in electronics in 10 years from Samsung.

The Geek Squad’s dynamic duo that delivered and set up our new TV was awesome! They were both professional and personable. What they did in an hour would have taken us many, many hours. It’s totally worth the extra cost to have the Geek Squad deliver and set up your new “toys!”

Both Phil and Art were excellent! The install was perfect, and they took time to make sure that I understood how to navigate through all of the equipment. I would be pleased to have this type of support in the future. Highly recommend! Best part of the Best Buy experience was the install!

Ordered this when we purchased our new 75" TV. Three guys arrived unpacked and set up the TV and connected all components, programed the remote. Everything up and running in less than an hour. Gave me a briefing on the features - no manuals necessary. I would do it again in a flash.

The guys that set up my system did an excellent job. Very nice and knew what they were doing. They helped with any questions I had and definitely earned their money that day. They installed several ceiling speakers and hung up a couple of tvs. I would use them again.

Kendall Walker setup my new Samsung TV and BlueRay player. He has been to my home before and he is wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explains how the new products works and shows me how to use them. I would recommend Kendall and I would ask for him in the future.

Geek Squad gets a rating of '11'. Installed my 65 inch 4K OLED TV, configured it, and show me how to maximize every option. Then they removed a 240 pound Sony TV, up a flight of stairs, and out the door without hitting any walls or doors. Nothing but a rating of '11'.

I'm seventy one and had to have help setting up the TV, the weight was just too much for me to handle. They came in and set the stand on the TV, made sure it was the right size for my stand and finished setting it up. Seemed like a breeze the way the set up went.

Both workers were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. They were thoughtful in cleaning up packaging and took great care not to soil house. There communication skills were excellent. They phoned me on day of delivery to advise me when they would be at my home.

My wife and I were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of our Geek Squad technicians. They were able to set up our new TV and DVD player, connecting both to our subscription services and explained how to navigate the various smart TV features.

Delivered and installed my big screen TV. Even though I live quite a way from the Best Buy store they had no problem setting up my new TV. He did a great job installing it, explaining how it all works and cleaned up everything as he was departing. professional and friendly. Thanks.

I purchased a new Samsung led TV and I wanted to make sure it was set up correctly so I arranged for the Geek Squad to do it. They arrived on Time, set up everything perfectly and explained how to work it all.Can't go wrong with using the Geek Squad. Great job...

The guy who came out to set up the system was very helpful and knowledgeable. He left us his number incase we needed assistance later in the evening, which we did. We were able to call the number and get the necessary steps to clear a fault we received when turning the system back on.

Very knowledgeable and patient with explaining how our new TV (Home theatre) works. Explained all how to’, how to navigate and make changes to settings, etc. Setup was very smooth and the guys were very careful not to hit the wall or nick furniture, etc. very pleasant experience.

They were professional and did a good job setting up the TV. The only problem is that they took the box away and the TV stopped working after 3 hours (not their fault) so when I needed to return it the people who picked it up were upset that I did not have the box.

The Geek Squad installers were great. They were professional, worked through issues, and got the job done. They took with them the packaging materials of the various components that were installed. They used drop cloths so that neither my furniture nor the new equipment was damaged.

The two guys who delivered and set up the tv were great! Highly knowlegable about 4k and connecting to the existing wifi. Made sure everything was explained and understood before leaving. Any one with a Best Buy that can deliver and set up, I highly recommend their service.

Have a pretty good IT background but decided to try Geek Squad. Joseph came to my house and was terrific. He was professional and knowledgeable. Set TV up and gave me quick walkthru. I was so impressed with him, I had him come back to fix a problem I had with my fridge

I was so glad that I decided to have the Geek Squad deliver and set up our new TV. They not only set it up, but explained how everything worked. It was a much needed lesson because our new TV works very differently than our old one. It was well worth the cost.
