I purchased the geek squad on my computer at work, my 2 laptops and my 75" Samsung tv. They are great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will explain stuff in detail and they helped me tremendously. So glad I purchases the extra protection. So worth the money!

Had no idea Best Buy offered service on Apple computers. Had to go to Charlotte for service. So pleased to have techs close by. Have an older I-mac and Apple said the latest operating system wouldn't work. But the squad has it running. Thanks Geek Squad.

We had our TV and other components installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. They did an excellent job of installing everything. The were punctual and took very little of our time.They were also very helpful in answering all of operation questions. Very professional and very friendly.

My husband and I had the Geek Squad install our new Samsung Qled TV a few weeks ago. We are very pleased with the installation, very professional, on time and stayed till the job was done and they explained all the functions of the TV and the receiver. Looks Great!

Called when he was on his way so I could be at the house when he showed up. They were able to install and mount the TV and the Geek Squad Tyler was able to walk through the set up of my new TV with the blu-ray player, netflix, and amazon. He was in and out in 90 minutes.

Set up was very efficient and thorough. The technician took the time to not only install the TV but set up all of the components as well as programming and show me how to use everything! He was very friendly and provided great customer service. Thank you!!

The team came and installed my new TV, hooked it all up with my system and made sure to test it out so everything was working fine. They adjusted some settings to improve picture quality, etc and demonstrated some features. Cleaned up everything when they were done. Great job!

Purchased a Samsung 55” 4-k 800 series had Stu from geek squad install and set up to my Sony str-1080 and program Logitech harmony 700 remote very happy Stu was very professional took his time made sure I understood how to work everything thank you stu

This was my first, but not last Geek Squad experience. They had outstanding technical expertise, but also brought that to a level I could understand and use going forward. If you doubt you have the skills necessary, it would be silly to not call the Geek Squad.

The gentleman who did the setup of our home theater system including the LG OLED, Denon Receiver and Sony DVD did an outstanding job not only with the setup, he created hidden wire harnesses to reduce clutter and then fully trained us on the operation of the equipment.

Was surprised how quickly they were able to set everything up the way I wanted. They even made suggestions to make sure everything would work. The best part is they cleaned up after they finished! I didn't have to clutter up my trash with all the empty boxes. Wonderful....

Ordinarily I'd mount my own TV. This one was particularly difficult, so I called the Geek Squad. It was worth every penny! The guys were super friendly and very competent. They figured out the problem in no time flat, and did a great job. I was truly impressed!

The service from Geek Squad was awesome. My wife was home when the installation was performed and everything went perfectly. Our guy actually spent some extra time calibrating our surround system which made us very happy. Cannot say enough about the service we received.

Geek Squad was professional, polite and helpful - I actually understand how to use my high-tech WiFi TV, Sound Bar, DVD Player and toggle from one product to another. Easy to play music through Sound Bar - love the products and the guys who set them up for me!

Richard, Chase and Joe did a great job setting up my theater room. They have awesome suggestions and we’re very diligent, professional, and kind and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were also honest and clean. I definitely recommend the geek squad!

DIY is sometimes tempting especially when you have all the tools and knowledge but it's about guarantee. I broke my first tv leaving with a huge less as I tried to mount it myself. I then bought another tv with Best buy installation, they did a good job.

Ron installed whole house Eero wifi system, Sonos connect with speakers, MyCloud, and new Marantz receiver. Ran into a couple glitches but Ron spent time ensuring everything worked and that I understood how to manage it. Was here 4+ hours and went over and above.

Very happy with my Geek Squad setup of my TV. It will well worth the effort. The Geek Squad rep was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fit my TV to a wall mount and was able to hide all the wiring within the wall doing a great job. Would definitely recommend.

We had this Best Buy service twice. The three service man that came out of setup our TV wall mount and setup the our system were great. They are very professional and enjoyed having them. I would recommend home service to anyone. They are the best.

The geek squad who installed my Sony TV and wall mount did an excellent job. In fact, the first Sony TV I purchased quit working after a few hours so they had to return with another one five days later, They were very professional and provided excellent instruction,
