I was skeptical about using the Geek squad for my setup because of other customer comments. The geek squad that set up our TV was truly and excellent experience. I found them to excellent and professional at their job and would use them in a heart beat in the future

I purchased a 65" UHD TV, subwoofer, and sound bar. The Geek Squad tech was very knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. He explained everything in laymen terms and was very patient with my limited technology knowledge. Thank you Geek Squad!!!

The Geek Squad time was prompt, courteous, and did a phenomenal job of installing 2 TVs with soundbars. I've never had anything professionally installed before, but I'll definitely pay the money for it if I have it done in the future. They were great!

The three geeks setup & installed my new high tech & expensive oled tv with speed & knowledge. They were very courteous when answering my questions.One young man stayed longer to show me how to run the tv and answer my guestions. It was a very enjoyable experience!!

Had a fabulous set up team. They unpacked and set up the TV, spent the time to show me all the features and how they worked. Have always been happy with Geek Squad experiences. No matter what problem I had, they would always take the time to resolve it.

The Geek Squad are the best! I had 2 men originally work virtually all day on the 6 speaker, and 2 outside, receiver, blue ray and new remote setup. But then, 2 more came to help and finish the job properly. They were so great and so professional. Thank you Geek Squad!!!

Guys from Geek Squad called the day before and the day of installation of my TV, alerting me to time of arrival--they were on time. They set up my TV and reviewed info that would be helpful to me. Every aspect of the delivery and installation was excellent.

The geek squad put my new LG - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - OLED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range together , placed it and hooked it up. They set up the remote,the time and picture. They even explained the operation of the TV and remote.

Our service team was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with us. They set up our SONY 75" smart TV and took plenty of time to make sure we understood how to operate our new equipment. (We, sadly, are not geek-like.) Couldn't have done without them!

The Geek Squad really are on top of their game and the install and the adjustments they made were perfect. They programmed my 4K Blu Ray, my Bose Speakers, My Verizon box and showed me how to control everything with the Samsung TV remote. Great Job!

Excellent communication and very professional. Happy I used them for the installation of my new LG OLED TV and Soundbar. Lots of settings on both to contend with . . . they know what they're doing and saved me from what would have been a frustrating experience.

Installers called in advance, then arrived on time. Quick set up, moved my other TV, then explained how to operate the Smart TV features. Even helped me figure out what was wrong with my Fire Stick on the other TV. Went above and beyond and knew their stuff!

The 2 person Geek Squad crew was professional and efficient. They were happy to chat if we had questions and cleaned up after they were finished. I would certainly recommend the crew we had, and have had similar experiences in other geographic areas

We've had our new TV for about a month now and we love it! Because of its size, we ordered it online and had it delivered. The guys arrived on time, were personable and knowledgeable, and did a great job setting it up. And we love it! Couldn't be more pleased.

I had the Squad hook up a Samsung QLED to Direct TV and a Bose sound system. Great service. Arrived when expected, hooked everything up and did a good job of explaining things to me. Even better, they took all the packaging with them when they left.
