I have had multiple interactions with the geek squad. This team is talented, polite, and highly professional. I will use them for every service I need including repairs. I know them by name and I always smile when they pull in the driveway. They're the best!

The initial tv delivered had a cracked screen. It was replaced and the install went smoothly. Too bad Best buy does not train the installers, expecting them to learn on the job. Showed the installers how to connect my phone via Bluetooth.

Worth every cent! Even wore booties in the House. These guys make it look easy. I will always pay the extra to have the Geeks install. The installer was polite, friendly and was extremely careful and respectful of our home and property. A+

I could not be happier with these guys. Not only did they handle everything professionally and without bothering me with any problems, when one of the pieces to hide cords did not quite fit, they found and improvisation and nothing shows! They were outstanding.

The folks on the set up were courteous, caring, happy for us, knowledgeable, and well kept. They reviewed the system until I understood completely, and left a card to call in case I ran into a snag, which I did, and was happy to take my call after hours.

I was glad that I decided to have the Geek Squad handle the connection of my new TV to the rest of my system. The Techs were friendly and showed up on time. They were knowledgeable and had everything up and running in short order. The Tech showed me everything before completing the job. The only issue is that the DVD player stopped working shortly after he left and we have not been able to get it connected again.

The technician worked very professionally and took all the time needed to make sure the setup was complete and correct. He also made sure that I knew how to use each of the products involved ( television, blu-ray player. and receiver). He was very helpful.

Worth the money... 82" 4k tv and soundbar installed. No way i was gonna attempt to hang a tv this big. I let them do it...they drop it... i get a new one...worth the extra few bucks... complete set up configuration and walk through. Will use again.

They notified us before they came, and they arrived on time. They were friendly and polite. But the best thing was the quality of their service. They went above and beyond with the set-up of the new TV and sound bar,and explained EVERYTHING!

I was very pleased with the service that the Geek Squad provided. They confirmed the appointment with me, were on time, and provided good support for introducing the tv and blue-ray player to me. They also assisted with remote set-up. Well worth the money.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed my new 75” Sony 4k Ultra TV and set it up completely. Took two guys to do it together and they were very sensitive to our customized needs. Don’t do it yourself when you have the opportunity to let the Geeks do it

They came out set up my 65" OLED LG TV but the sound bar was not on the truck (not their fault) ... I ran down to the store showed my receipt and picked up the missing item. WELL THEY CAME BACK THE SAME DAY and completed the job.. Well Done Guys!!

They were on time, knew what they were doing, got the job done quickly, explained very clearly without talking down to a novice how to operate the components, cleaned up after themselves, and left me with operational equipment I knew how to use. Great job.

We have had the privilege of working with Grant in sales & Alex in installation several times while bringing our 20 year old home theater/audio system up to date! We have found both to be knowledgeable and incredibly professional! Thank you Best Buy!!

After having problems with the delivery and my first television. Geek squad went out of their way when they had a cancellation to pick up and install my second television the very next day. I also received a store credit for my troubles. Excellent!

It was nice to have our 65 inch TV delivered due to the size and they easily moved it down stairs and set it up. They made sure it was working before they left and took all the packing materials with them. We love using the GEEK squad.

The service call was very soon after the work order and allowed us to enjoy our new DVR. The Geek guy was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how the DVR works and gave us detailed instructions on how to use all the features of the DVR.

Geek Squad did an excellent job with setting up my surround sound system, including my five speakers, subwoofer, receiver, subwoofer cable, and all the speaker wire, then getting the TV set up to connect it all, and then teaching me how to use it.

James and Nick did a terrific job and explain everything and I feel were they were very professional and a joy to have in my home, We are very grateful for the work they did and we have been enjoying our new television every since they installed
