The Techs that came to my house to install my 60 inch TV were so thoughtful. they went above and beyond and clipped my wires to the base boards so that it looked neat and clean. I really appreciated that. I would so call them again.

It really pays to get someone to set things up sometimes especially when new technology needs some explaining to get a jump on the product use. The person I had was on time, personable and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this.

We got the connect and setup free with BB special. I hate setting up gear with all the wires manuals, so what a bonus. The Geek was personable and knew what he was doing, showed the fam the way to use the remotes and everything. Good experience here.

I couldn’t be happier with the support from the Geek Squad. Austin, Victor, Brian were amazing. Over multiple visits, they worked to make sure all my systems were operating properly and made sure I had there numbers if there were further problems.

This is great protection for if your TV or audio or Computer breaks down it’s not that expensive and when they come out they are very professional ask you if you are satisfied or have any other questions and they explain you everything

The 2 Geek Squad fellows did an excellent job setting up our new LG Oled 55E7P. Both were very neat, professional, knowledgeable, careful, and very good at explaining everything. It was free with the purchase but would be well worth paying for.

The service I experienced was excellent. The technician called the day before to confirm the appointment and again when they were on the way. They arrived on time and were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

We almost did not get the Geek service.My son was confident that he could do it.He was the first to agree that our installation was beyond excellent, Our installer was extremely patient,explained everything,and even did extra programming for us.

Two men showed up on time as promised. Removed my old TV and replaced with new. One left and Christopher did the setup with components. All was done in a timely fashion and very professional. Very satisfied with their work.

The tech new what he was doing and timed it so the TV was uploading while he installed the wall mount. The job was done faster than we anticipated it would last so he could get on to his next job and we could get on testing out the new TV.

The technician did a great job setting up the Dvr, dvd, and tv, and putting together the tv stand. The time promised was 8 - 12 noon, and he arrived at 2 pm. He needed more help because he had two more jobs after he left our house.

I had 2 guys deliver and hang the 65" TV. A sound bar was supposed to be included with this installation but never made it to the order sheet. In spite of some serious time constraints, the bar was installed. Very happy customer. Well done guys!!!

These guys were great, with the products that they know. Even straightened out the hiccups from DirecTV’s installers. (Since purchased by AT&T, these guys have become more Telcom, which really does not work the best for TV connectivity.)

I usually set up my own equipment, but it was nice to have someone else do it. The installation was professional and efficient. I did have to re-route the cords afterwords to properly hide them, but some of that was due to needing longer ones.

The two technicians that came to install my wall mount were great. They were totally professional and fully trained. The job was done quickly and efficiently and they were able to answer all my questions. Totally worth the price for this service.

Set up LG OLED 65" TV and LG SJ9 sound bar very fast and took away the boxes. Also carried my old 52" TV downstairs. Would have given 5 stars but hooked up the sound bar with included optical cord. They didn't tell me that better sound could be achieved with HDMI ARC cable hook up. Had to go to Best Buy and purchase one more cable and replace optical hook up with SKY 4K HDMI cable. Sound is noticeably better.

This is the first time that I had any type of professional installation done to my home and these guys from magnolia center were great. They were very professional and careful with every aspect off this job. I would highly recommend them to anyone

The young man and young lady that came to my house were so polite, professional, and helpful. I am not very skilled when it comes to electronics. But these 2 individuals went above and beyond to make sure I could work my new equipment.
