I am very happy with the installation. He explained how to use the tv and sound bar. They cleaned up after the installation and were very courteous. The only negative was they need two people to bring the tv in. His helper didn't show up until later.

My tv was delivered and set up perfectly. The guys did an excellent job. Everything was hooked up and everything explained to me so I can operate the tv. Also hooked up to my direct tv and the remote works perfectly. Great job!

Setup was confirmed to work properly. Even though this install didn't have to tie into other components, the installer took extra time to conceal the wiring in the TV mount - a feature I never knew was there! Now it looks better than expected!

The Geek Squad makes ones life easier. I could have set my TV up once it was mounted, the time and trouble that was saved was worth it. I have since adjusted the picture quality slightly but beyond that everything was perfect.

The Geek Squad got the TV up and running. When they were missing a part they went back to the store and returned the same day. A week later when we had a connection issue they also returned the same day we called and fixed everything.

The Geek Squad was on time, set up my TV, connected the DVR, Cable box, BluRay player, and SONOS. There were a few connectivity issues but they worked through them and go the system set up and it's working perfectly. Great job!
