The installation group (3 guys) worked hard, were professional and provided options for my install that I had not considered. They setup and provided hands on instructions for the multitude of devices they installed that day.

The GEEK dudes showed up and the whole experience went great and flawless. The GEEKs where very knowledgeable (go figure) and friendly, offering some tips and suggestions. Overall, the whole experience was a lot of fun...

The Geek Squad team was totally professional and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me set up two Roku devices and get me started with "cutting the cord." I would never have been able to do this without them.

I had the Geek squad setup my new Sony OLED tv and 4K blueray player. They were professional and made sure I had everything working right before they took off. They also gave me a lesson on how my new tv and player worked. Yay!

I purchased my TV a couple of weeks before the Geek squad came out to install a wall mount. Once mounted, they reviewed the main configuration settings on the TV with me, and reprogrammed the TV remote to work with my other devices.

I am very pleased with the Geek Squad's attention to detail and their thoroughness in setting up my in-house system. They answered my questions and took their time to insure i understood and could operated everything perfectly.

Delivered my new 4K Tv and the set up was great. The guys installed the TV and set everything up without a hitch. Tey showed me how to use the TV and how to set things up if I needed to change things. Just Great!!!!

Geek came this week and installed my tv and sound bar. The tv was mounted on the face of brick fireplace. What an awesome job. Very professional. After the installation he programmed my remote and showed my wife how to use them

Professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, neat, on time and more. My two installers were all of these and more. Can’t say enough good thing about these two guys. Thank you Best Buy for sending them for my installation.

I ordered a tv console and tv geek squad put it together for me. The only thing was the doors that open to the console were a little uneven. The service, timing, and friendliness from staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend geek squad to anyone and if your unsure about purchasing it, it's a must. Saves the customer a lot of money. Thanks geek squad

I was very pleased with my experience with the GEEK Squad Technicians who came to my home, mounted and set up my new TV. They were professional, respectful of my home and me, and the didn't waste any time when they were here.

I had three guys at my place. The main guy Andy was teaching one guy and the other was there to help. All three were very professional and asked appropriate questions. It was great to see the interaction between all three.

David and Scott were awesome. They treated my home as it was theirs (which is rare these days). They put up with my questions and pickiness. These guys went above and beyond of what I had expected. They even worked through lunch.

The guy knew his stuff and I was able to follow along as he worked all of the connections. Had the TV and remotes set up in no time. Explanation of controls was thorough and I was able to understand everything.

The tech set up the TV...he did not use anything to balance sound, he just did it manually. He gave me a very brief and quick review of how to use the remote...just what I needed to do to access TV and then apps...I thought he could have taken more time to discuss the features of the TV. The only plus was that the TV was delivered because I would have never been able to handle it.

Your team member was fast, accurate and very helpful. His orientation to the products was VERY useful. He, obviously, knew what he was doing and made the entire process painless! Great job! Much appreciated!

The two gentlemen who arrived were professional and friendly. They knew exactly how to set-up the TV and sound bar and were very good at their job. They removed all boxes and showed me how to use the remotes. Very nice job!

The installation/tv tuning of my tv to my cable company along with tuning the tv to the best viewing option was a wonderful part of the tv mounting experience and provided me with viewing information I can use in the future.

Andrew and his partner (I never caught his name) did a great job of wall-mounting, hook up, and set up of our 75" TV. I had no questions as they covered everything possible. For any future installs, I hope to request them.
