THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, THE SET UP WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE SERVICEMAN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS AND WHEN I DID HE ANSWERED THEM TO MY SATISFACTION.

I don't usually ask for help to setup electronics, but the TV I bought was too heavy for me to handle and didn't really want to risk damaging it. The techs went above and beyond what I expected in setting up the TV for me.

The two guys who set up my tv and stand were terrific. They went beyond the call of duty. I’m sorry I didn’t tip them. It never occurred to me that delivery people get tipped. They do and that’s guys sure earned one.

Two techs were sent out for installation. One was going through training but the one that was the lead was very knowledgeable. Both were extremely professional and respectful. Would use this service again

The two members of the Geek Squad were knowledgeable and very helpful. They were friendly and set up all of my devices. They made sure I knew how to work everything before they left. They also hauled away my old TV!

the TV was delivered on time. We were notified the exact delivery time and it was exactly on time. Very friendly Geek Squad techs., Programed and setup all of our accessories,and remotes. ie. DVD, REcorders, etc.

The staff that came to deliver and install my new TV and Sound box were both efficient and friendly. They quickly installed a new wall mount and went out of their way to make sure everything looked good and worked.

John and the rest of the Geek Squad staff were amazing. They went out of the way to do this complex setup to meet all of my needs. They set up the system to use all available features and to Med my individual needs.

The Geek Squad guys were great! They came out to the house and set up my new TV and surround sound and got everything done quickly. Made my tv life much better! Worth it to have them do the install too.

Conduit was narrow. They took the time to try and figure out how to get the correct cable through. In the end, they were not successful and had to leave the generic cable there, but not from lack of trying.

The two Geek squad employees were awesome. They had to carry the tv into the basement and they did it with no problem. They took the time to talk and explain the set up and ran through a demo of the tv.

The 2 Geek Squad Associates were very professional and explained everything they were doing and showed me how to use everything. They were neat and the back of the tv is no longer a bunch of spaghetti.

Guys did a great job setting up the TV and sound bar. The knew exactly what they were doing and took their time to make sure everything was correct. They also gave me a quick tutorial on everything.

The Geek Squad representative was very professional and competent. He took the time to make sure everything worked properly. There have been no issues with the operation of the TV or its interface with the VCR.

Manuel was GREAT!!! He called to let us know he was on the way. After the set-up of equipment he asked us if we had any questions. He ran thru the programming/sequence of the remote. We didn't feel rushed at all.

Geek Squad members who set up our system were very knowledgable, professional and thorough in both setting up the system and in explaining the system itself and its' related processes. Courteous, friendly and patient!

The Geek Squad guys are extremely knowledgable and take the time to review with the customer what they've done. Also they return calls to answer any questions that might arise after the initial set-up. Great to work with!

The Geek Squad comes through again! They installed a television on a difficult surface (rock fireplace), and programmed it quickly. Then they took time to explain the features of the television. Great value!

This was a great help for us as we are not very tech savvy! He hooked everything up to the TV and showed us how to operate them all before he left. He was so nice and professional and we were very happy with all he did!
