AFTER the Geek Squad showed up to install a 7.1 speaker system and receiver, I decided to mount the TV to the wall. Drove to Best Buy got a mount and the Geek Squad worked this into the job. Great guys.

We are not very tech savvy , but luckily we had the best tech out there... After the professional install He took his time explaining the operations of each device and didn't leave until we felt comfortable and assured.

Jim was a great Geek Squad technician! Very knowledgeable about product line and set up! Customer Service oriented, very patient in demonstrating new TV, DVR, etc. We could not have done this without his expertise!

This is the second time we've had the geek squad hook up a TV & other equipment. They do a great job! When we spend money, we want to make certain everything is hooked together perfectly, so we call the geek squad.

I had the Geek Squad install my new Samsung Q7 television, and several purchased components. The were very professional, polite, and provided excellent information on this new system. They provide wonderful service.

Two Geeks brought the TV in, unboxed it, set it up and connected all the equipment, i.e. cable box, Blue-Ray Player, other DVD Player, Roku and Logitech Universal Remote. Loquacious they were not. They quickly showed me the buttons to press on the remote, gathered up all the packing material and old TV and were gone. I don't believe they were even 1/2 hour in the house.

I have used the Geek set up service for a prior TV. It is nice to get all your initial questions answered and to make sure the connections are correct. Well worth the money since I will have this set for years to come.

The installers were on time, very professional and courteous and explained each step of the installation process. They made sure that I understood how everything worked before they left. Highly recommend them.

Our installer, Luke, did a great job. Very fast and accurate. He made all the initial adjustments. He was friendly and explained how to use the controller. He took all the boxes and packing away.

We had the new 4K OLED 55" screen. We were impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the tech. He did a good job of explaining the settings and how to adjust the picture to our preferences.

The team that set up my TV system did a great job! Moved my 60” tv downstairs and set I up, including DVR, Soindbar and Nintendo. Set up the 75” with Apple TV, New DVR and soundbar. Everything works perfect!

Both techs kept me advised as to when they would be at my house, and showed up on time. They were clean and professional. They new what they were doing and were in and out in no time. They answered all my questions.

NOAH was our tech. Don’t let him go...he’s an asset for Best Buy! Excellent service & very nice...explained everything, answered several questions. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The delivery came withing the given time slot. it took 2 guys to unbox the tv and set it in place. one guy stayed and completed all of the wiring and initial setup. he was fast and knew the process very well. he walked me through the controller and showed me many of the functions that the tv has. he took away all of the packaging materials. nicely done.

The new TV replaced one that was 10 years old, and I had not kept up with the migration from component to HDMI or the evolution to smart TV and the available apps. I do not think I could have set all this up on my own.

Setup and installation of both our new LG TV and Sonos soundbar was both accomplished professionally, along with great willingness to answer any questions. Very satisfied and pleased with this process.

the gentleman who installed and setup my TV for very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. They even took off their shoes to walk on our newly installed floor! Really appreciated them answering all my questions.

The Geeks showed up on time, (even called 20 minutes ahead to let us know they were on the way). They installed everything with no problems and explained everything. Very professional and very helpful.

Neal and Brandon were professional and polite. They were respectful of our home and our time. Cleaned up nicely and did a great job. Explained all they were doing to us and offered great equipment recommendations.
