Josh, of the Geek Squad came to deliver and set up our television. He was very professional and knowledgeable in setting up this television. He left his card so we could call him if we needed additional help.

The Geek Squad installed everything for me and were very professional the way they did it. They answered my questions and explained the different functions of the TV and Blue Ray Player. I would use them again.

Guys walked in, covered their shoes to protect the carpet, and got to business. Install was fast, professional and they made sure I understood how to use the tv. Stress free and removal of box is nice.

The Best Buy people delivered my TV, set it up with cable box and DVD player, and walked me through basic operations knowledgeably and carefully. I'll have them back when it's time to mount the tv on the wall.

Had Geek Squad come to setup new 4K TV. They did a great job. Explained what they were doing, and made sure that we knew how to use the system. They were respectful and worked efficiently. This is a great service.

The techs arrived late but from there a very thing was great. Very knowledgable and efficient. Cleaned up everything and even took some electronics that I was going to recycle with them, saving a trip to the store.

Two very nice gentlemen cam to install our extra heavy 65” Sony this week. They worked quickly, cleanly and even helped trouble shoot a non compatible 4K receiver. Excellent work and well worth the price.

All my existing equipment was integrated with the new equipment in the entertainment center. Five pieces of equipment tied together with only one cable from the entertainment center to the TV.

The team to set up my team were very friendly and right on time. Even wore booties so as to not bring dirt into the house. The set up the TV super fast, answered all my questions and were an over great help.

The Geek squad that hooked up our tv was very helpful for us older adults. They showed us all the things we would need to operate the new remote. Also gave us a lot of suggestions that we had never thought about.

I purchased two 65 inch TVs, sound bar and speakers and tv stand from from Bestbuy and the Geek Squad team are very helpful. Satisfied with the service. The only complaint I have is the long hours of wait. They can’t exactly tell you what time their coming over, so I felt like I’ve spent the whole day waiting for them to show up.

My experience with the Geek Squad and TV set-up was awesome. Brandon and his helper went out of their way to explain things and helped to optimize the equipment for my new Sony OLED. I couldn't be happier!

The guys were an exact definition of professional installers. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took away any trash with them and were ready with a booty so not to soil the carpet.
