Very professional when the 2 guys came and set eveything up. Explained everythiong and waited until I was done playing with it to make sure I understood how to control everything. Worth the extra cost.

I planned on setting up and mounting my television myself. I couldn't imagine doing it due to the 75 inch tv. They made it look easy. They cleaned everything up as well. No dust anywhere.

The Geek Squad set up my Samsung DVD Player, in no time, demonstrated it's capabilities and instructed me how it integrates with my other equipment and how to use it...! Thanks Geek Squad..!

Matt did a great job setting up our 65 inch Samsung TV and Samsung 5.1 channel soundbar. He took the time to explain everything to us in easy to understand terminology. Very impressive!

Bought a new TV while I was overseas and I didn't want my wife trying to figure out how to hook it up. Geek Squad did an awesome job. Fast and they even mounted my sound bar. I definitely would use them again.

The service gentleman that came out to install everything for my special needs family member was absolutely amazing and so very helpful! I can't say enough of about how much I appreciate their professionalism.

Two guys came. They did a great job setting up my tv. We had problems with my internet connection but they got everything set up and ready to watch. L will definitely you them with my next tv purchase.

They did an excellent job installing my equipment purchased. Evething went well but still waiting on a credit to my account for some work that originally charged,but not down at our mutual agreement.

Geek Squad delivered and installed our new TV. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. They took all the packaging mess with them and left only a beautiful new television.

The guys didnt appear to know how to set up the tv. They continued to rely on manual. I had to step in once at one point and give them help. No fine tuning of the tv was performed as in past purchases .Ive made from same store. Not sure if it was worth the money. They said they had to cut the box up to remove the tv which could be a problem if you try to return.

Very polite and clean. Redid work of original subcontractor that really messed up job. Did everything ask of them without complaint. Cleaned up completely. Subcontractor did not clean up.

Very much appreciated the friendly service by the Geek squad. They wall mounted my curved TV. A great job, arrived early, easy install and they cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again.

So glad I had the Geek Squad do the installation of my new Samsung smart TV and Bose sound bar. They completed the entire installation in the time it would have taken me to unpack the components.

Arrived during times advised for delivery. Efficient and friendly. Answered all my questions. At $100 for the delivery and installation a bit pricey but it was my choice to use this service.
