Great job installing/mounting 65" Samsung TV and Sonos Surround Sound System with all the bells and whistles. Courteous, patient and helpful with setting everything up for a couple of "old timers".

My installer was well versed on my new equipment and completed the installation quickly, but with great care. He made sure that I understood the new equipment and how to use it correctly before leaving.

The two representatives were a knowledgeable team. They've worked together for years, coordinating the install quickly. Then taking the time to explain how the unit works and answering all our questions.

These Geek Squad guys know their stuff. They did a professional job on my install, and talked me through everything. The 65" OLED looks great, and with the soundbar, I feel like I'm at the movies..

The 2 gentleman that arrived to deliver and set up my new TV, sound bar were very professional, informative and were patient in explaing use of remote and coordinating that with my directv remote.

There is not enough space to say all the great things about the Geek squad and their ability, their confidence, their experience, their value, their peace of mind! Will never go without them again!!

The techs were very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had. Even offered for me to call with any further questions, which I did on connecting a Bose sound bar... problem solved.

The two gentleman who came to our house were pleasant and very thorough. They did everything that was promised and answered all of our questions . We were pleased with their service.

The installer remove my old tv from the bookcase above a fireplace and installed and connected new tv. He did not leave until I was completely satisfied and understood how to use smart tv.

Agent Chris went above and beyond by downloading a manual for my older receiver. Also has stayed in touch via e-mail for coordinating other events that need to happen before he comes back to finish.

The geek squad and service when I came to set up the TV for us from Mooresville Best Buy were beyond excellent great interaction and very informative and knowledgeable great guys

The Geek Squad person was not only efficient, but extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable. He explained everything so I could understand, and when he left I felt secure it was done right.

Everything about the setup was great. The technician was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He even gave me his personal number to call if I had any questions. Would definitely use again.

We had to have this twice. First when they brought the original TV and the second time when they replaced it. The first group with the Geek Squad were great, the second were okay but not as good so that is why I'm only rating a four star. All were nice. For someone who is not tech savy I think this is good to have.

Geek squad showed up w my new TV on time. They were very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and clean! they wore hospital clean boots over their shoes so they wouldn't dirty my floor!!! AMAZING!

Set up was done in very shot time. Helped move & set up old tv. Made sure I understood many of the functions of the new tv. Left me instructions to call them if I had any questions.
