Peter set up tv's and Sonos for us, and was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, patient, courteous and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone and have given his name to several people!

They did a great job connecting our TVs and helping us get down to the comcast remote plus samsung remote just to turn it on. We never could figure that out on our own. they are fast.

Quick installation of Samsung TV, Professional service with use of remote features well explained. Sound bar and sub woofer reattached. Thank you Geek for a job well done .

Why did I ever buy electronics and try to hook them up myself? This was easy,the wires are all neatly tucked away AND as an added bonus, 'Everything Works Beautifully " and I even got a tutorial!

I was lucky to have the delivery and set-up included with the purchase of the tv. The opportunity to have the Geek Squad take care of installation would be an incentive to purchase any tv.

Set up several items. When they opened TV and found a shattered screen they immediately made phone calls found another TV went to get get it and then set it up that very day!

Both techs were great! Very helpful,knowledgeable and kind. There were problems connecting to my Direct TV but they never wavered kept at it until everything was working like it should be.

On time when promised. Careful handling of tv. When set up was complete the Geek Squad member even gave me a tutorial of the remote and television. Very courteous and helpful!

I am so glad that my wife talked me into having the guys from Geek Squad install the new TV. They were efficient and thorough. And that new, large TV is better carried by 2 people.
