The Geek Squad was very professional with bringing and setting up our 65" TV. They answered all of our questions. They were able to get our TV to us and set it up before the Super Bowl.

Was required to purchase this even though I didn't need it because I wanted to have them mount the tv but they were helpful and even immediately came back to my house 15 min after leaving because I was having sound issues worth getting if you are unable to do this yourself but wish it wasn't a required purchase with mounting.

More than well worth the fee to have the Best Buy pro's deliver, set up, clean up & take all garbage, empty carton's, & old dead TV away, as well as showing me how to use remotes, etc.
