Happy with my Tech. He knew my system details (4K TV, sound bar with rear speakers and universal remote). Was able tt answer my questions, program remote and set system up to my taste.

Guys who came out to set up tv were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and very patient. We are older folk and needed much clarification about the many features. They were so patient and explained things in terms that we could understand, unlike some people who try to wow you with their technology lingo.

Unfortunately shortly after the installation the installer left on a two week vacation so issues I have having with my system are not being corrected. Looking forward to his return.

Had Geek Squad come, mount Tv on wall and do the set-up for us. They answered all of our questions and went through all of the features on the tv. Highly recommend the Geek Squad

I was extremely happy with the delivery and set up of the television provided by the Geek Squad. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was very pleased and impressed.

Moved to new home and had to adapt several TVs for wireless service. Far beyond my skill level but Geeks made it happen and where responsive to questions as part of follow up.

The guys were great. Even though I wasn't QUITE ready, they kept motoring along until I had the location completely laid out. Really happy to have used them on this big purchase.

The Geek squad of Doug, David and James did a professional job of installation and explained the operation of all my new equipment.Both from Daytona and the Altamonte Springs store.

The team was helpful and professional, they were able to set up my Samsung TV and wall mount it perfectly. Everything was set up for me and they were able to answer all my questions.

The guys will set it up fast and right so that you can enjoy you new Sony TV when they are done. They also clean up and go over the hole set up answer any questions you may have.

The Geek Squad members were OUTSTANDING!! The team came it and set everything up and cleaned up after themselves. Worked quickly and efficiently to get everything to work properly.

On a personal note; I have an aversion to handling anything made of glass. Having someone unpack our new 65" TV was a no brainer for me. He installed and set-up the TV and hooked it in to my other components. Would have liked a deeper integration, but I've muddled through most of it on my own.

The geeks showed up on time and were very nice.they got the tv up and running.Soon after they left I was trying new things and lost the sound on the tv I called the geek squad at the store to ask for help.That was no help the best he could do was set up an appointment for the following week I figuring it out myself.

The Geek Squad delivered the TV when said and on time with numerous calls to let us know when they would arrive. They answered our questions and explained the remote.

Geek squad tech was great. He addressed all my concerns and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He suggested items, like having one remote instead of 6.

Bought a tv and had GeekSquad install it. They did a great job of transporting the new tv, moving the old one to another room and installing and hooking up the new tv.

Again, the two young men (Joe and Jack) did an excellent job connecting and setting up the TV. Have been enjoying it! Again, they were really fast and finished in a timely manner.

Ashley and small Paul were great. They were very friendly and customer oriented. They set up the TV explained the functionality; and, answered my myriad of questions.

They came to my house put the 65 " TV in installed everything professionally (I had a cable off on my subwoofer they found and fixed it, I was grateful) all in all a good experience
