Best money I spent...Setup by experts; Everything was done perfectly. Pay them for it... It's better than facing all of the hassle by yourself; and it's done right!

Product set up was done quick and efficiently by a very polite man. I forget his name. He made sure I completely understood everything before he left. Great service!

The Geek Squad Tech guys were very efficient and very knowledgeable. Very helpful too. And they made sure both of us understood how to use the remotes before they left.

I had a problem setting up my home entertainment system. When the squad showed up they were very professional and they set my system up and it works flawlessly.

The two men came in & took care of business very sufficiently, I even add an extra service while they were here to put the TV I was replacing to another spot. $100. & done very well.

My 55” Sony tv installed over a fireplace couldn’t have gone better. The 2 installers were efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up any little debris before they left.

Only gave 4 stars due to Best Buy not sending two agents. The agent that came to install was great and absolutely knew what he was doing, however, there should have been two installers as it took a really long time since we had sound, TV and TV stand (which had to be put together on-site) to be installed.

Installation was professionally done by the Geek Squad. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it in very short time. Was very pleased with their technical ability.
