The Geek Squad hooked up my new Sony 75" TV, Blu Ray Player, hard wire for the internet and programed the Harmony Universal remote. Couldn't have asked for better service.

So helpful and always willing to answer as many questions we had. Shawn was especially attentive to assure the best utilization of our new HD TV, Blue Ray, Sound Bar.

The installers did a great job installing our new 65 inch tv. They also moved the old tv to another location and did a great job of setting all the new controls.

Had Geek Squad install and hook up my Sony 4k TV to my sound system. The installation and set up was very professional. They explained everything works and I have had NO issues.

Absolutely terrific great products you can get a lot of places ( their prices were as good as any) but the service hudge tv and sound system set up made all the difference

The 2 guys that came to my house were efficient and installed my big 75 inch tv is less than an hour. I would highly recommend geek squad installation for any purchases.

All components used with the old TV were connected to the new TV plus a new Harmony Remote Companion was installed. No problems at all with the work done.

Our Geek Squad Representative made a return trip to help us link our LG OLED TV to our Klipsch Sound Bar. It was tricky but he got it working much to our appreciation.

Have always had a good experience with the Geek Squad but this time we got a subcontractor. While he was very nice, he was not familiar with the new TV nor my receiver. Basically once he left and I realized that he hadn't actually done what I had asked, I redid everything myself and troubleshot the issues. I got the TV humming now but I did it myself. Basically paid for him to unbox the TV and assemble it. In Best Buy's defense, they did offer to have the same dude come back but I saw no point to that. The third party help person was rude and not interested in helping. Not up to Geek Squad standards. I still will use Best Buy in the future but will specify the actual Geek Squad. They've done the work in my house for the last 13 years and have always been great.

Frequent reminder and updates, with courtesy calls with status. Knew the product and set up with ease, and explained everything and made sure I was satisfied.
