Set-up service is completed by a third party. Set-up was excellent. Individual was very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and clean. He answered all questions asked.

I hate spending money on any installs. But glad I did, They were quick and explained everything. It was nice just sitting back and having it all done professionally.

Have always had a good experience with the Geek Squad but this time we got a subcontractor. While he was very nice, he was not familiar with the new TV nor my receiver. Basically once he left and I realized that he hadn't actually done what I had asked, I redid everything myself and troubleshot the issues. I got the TV humming now but I did it myself. Basically paid for him to unbox the TV and assemble it. In Best Buy's defense, they did offer to have the same dude come back but I saw no point to that. The third party help person was rude and not interested in helping. Not up to Geek Squad standards. I still will use Best Buy in the future but will specify the actual Geek Squad. They've done the work in my house for the last 13 years and have always been great.

After my DENON audio system failed ( after 18 years), needed to purchase and install replacement. Sidney with the Melbourne GEEK SQUAD handled the install with ease.

The geek Squad set up my new tv and UHD blu-ray player. They were on time, clean and professional. Did a very good job. The only negative was that they did not realize that a separate hdmi cable had to be installed from the UHD player to the tv due to my old receiver not being HDCP 2.2 compliant.

Installer helped me move my old 55” LED upstairs and also helped me move an old direct view Sony which weighs 160lbs-this was above and beyond his service committment

The Geek Squad arrived when they said. Unpacked my TV, took away all the packaging and set up the TV controls so everything was ready to use when they left.

Love the geek squad. I was impressed when they got there they put on shoe covers to protect my floor. They we’re very professional and did a great job.
