The Geek Squad was great. They mounted and programmed my TV Sound Bar and Universal Remote. They were polite and worked very neatly. It was an excellent experience.

They did an excellent job of hooking up my tv. They hauled off my old 65 inch projection tv. Friendly and helpful in showing my wife and I, how everything works.

Researched for months, read reviews and decided this model was what we wanted. Previous good experience with SONY also was an incentive to again buy this brand.

Both of them had my tv setup and working within minutes from the time they arrived. Only wish they would have setup the remotes to work on my dish, which I understand from the sales it would work on the remote. Geek squad said it takes a lot of work to get it setup. That was my only problem.

We were having trouble with the surround sound for our Samsung 4K TV for the SMART functions. We connected the TV connect to our receiver and now the sound works great.
