So very happy with this-- this is the reason we eent to Best Buy rather than Sams Club or Target. Very professional, easy to work with and added value to our purchase.

The Geek Squad installed our new 75" Sony TV with sound bar quickly and correctly. Now we are enjoying HDR10 4K videos with Doby Atmos sound. A wonderful treat!

The two techs who delivered and set up my new TV were very professional. They explained all the controls and set up all the additional equipment.

All good! Only thing negative was being pitched Calibration for a really expensive TV! Why wouldn't a tv be good when purchased? Why would someone need to spend another $250 after install. WHY wouldn't the sales person in store mention this? I'm disappointed and not spending more money!

Liked that I didn't have to worry about bringing it home and setting it up. The Geek Squad did a wonderful job getting it done. Very nice and polite also.
