Geek squad came out. I had pretty much done the basic setup. They helped me with advanced settings, receiver setup, remote setup, etc. they were excellent.

Technician knew what he was doing and was very professional. He had it set up and connected in no time and answered all questions I had.

The Geek Squad was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable on getting the OLED hooked up. NO simple task with satellite and sound systems involved.

Great and personable folks. Told him not to cancel our remote Harmony training because we hadn't had our cable connected yet. Instead our training on the remote was cancelled and that means we have to pay a high price for a Geek to come out--big ripoff!

Had a problem with my new TV and I called Geek Squad and the service tech knew his stuff. You should get the Geek Squad protection.
