The installed the tv perfect came in made sure everything was cleaned when they left and showed me how to use the tv and hooked it up to my wifi

Came out, put bracket up, delivered tv, mounted tv, set up the unit, took care of a return unit, all by himself, and was pleasent the entire time.

kINGSTON NY STORE MESSED UP ON THE SOUND BAR ETC. INSTALLER ATTEMPTED TO RECTIFY, REQUIRED TO EXCHANGE AT A BEST BUY STORE. MOD WAS NOT HELPFUL. HAS NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LOYALTY. AS A RESULT I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ANY BEST BUY STORES.

The Geek Squad performed an excelent install. The TV was setup and mached with current video and audio equipment. Everything is working great.

The installers were polite and did their job neatly, and took away all the packing materials. Setup was a bit lacking, but I think that may be my fault as I thought I knew more about the new set than I actually did, and so I let them leave too soon .
