We've had the geek squad come twicetothe house. Young men were patient and stayed til we were comfortable with the set up.

Geek Squad was on time for our appointment, they were professional, answered all my questions, and set up the TV to my liking.

My review is for a surround sound system setup. The guys came on time were friendly and efficient. and cleaned up. Answered all my questions.

Communications, scheduling, timeliness of install was way above expectations and way better than other providers I have used in past.

Geek squad set up my new tv super fast once it was mounted. I could have done it myself but it would have for sure taken a lot longer

Installation was wonderful and very professional. So glad we choose to have the Geek Squad install our TV instead of trying it ourselves.

It is still hard to get a grasp on the TV as the internet wasn't upgraded yet. IBoth the TV install and the cable install both told me they should be the first installed. Very confusing. I feel I am not getting the most out of either due to this.

The Geek team did a good job on TV mounting. For the setup work, for all the connections, it is good. However, the guy didn't give me enough information on how to operate the TV. It takes me a while to figure out how to use remote to do right configuration.

Had my 65" sony delivered to the house. The setup was easy except I needed longer hdmi cable to be able to put the back onto the tv.

These men did a great job setting up our new TV. They were both efficient and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
