My new LG OLED was set up well and I love it. I had to connect it to my new Denon AVR system and LG 4K player also.

The Geek Squad came and delivered and set up the TV, the 4K DVD player, and made sure the sound bar worked great with the new setup.

Cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad who set up our AV system and television. They are really great at what they do!

Greek squad arrived as scheduled. Removed tv from current mount and installed new tv quickly and efficiently. Took old tv and explained use of new tv. All done very professionally. My only issue is the price which was ridiculously high.

They were on time, polite, helpful, courteous. Cleaned up all packaging & pop corn. Very pleased with the Geek Squad.

Other custom installers will charge MUCH more for the same service. Thanks Best Buy for a job well done at a reasonable rate.

The Geek Squad guys really know their stuff. They were in and out in no time (and on time). Answered every question I had.

The tech that came out was on time and very nice. He showed me all the features and how to use everything before he left.

Geek Squad showed up on time with our new TV, got it mounted and hooked up so it was working perfectly for us right away.

Hooked up all speakers with a 6.1 Marantz setup with XLR cables. They did very well with everything with a few minor issues. They spent hours trying to get the left front speaker to work with no success, finally convinced the Marantz had a defect/malfunction that they could fix for $$. Not on purpose, but I almost bought into it. Next day, a little more troubleshooting, OOPS, the left front speaker wire had come out when they moved the speaker a bit. the wires all fit tightly into the cabinet, maybe too tight - have to use a phone camera backwards to plug in new HDMI cables as the units don't have sufficient give to pull them out far enough to see the inputs directly.
