It's always great to have insurance of any kind. But Geek Squad performance isn't as good as it used to be. The techs can be awesome as people but not as knowledgeable as needed in some instances. Too many service calls still depend on tutoring from their own tech support. If the product is defective, you not only have to wait a while for them to come out, then the added time of getting new parts shipped to you, adds on to the delay. With our TVs recently, they have a rule that you have to try a new part 3 times before they can switch out the product entirely... so it can take 4-6 weeks to solve your TV issues. The service guys are usually awesome though!

HOOKED UP SOUND BAR TO TV . LOOKS AND SOUNDS BETTER THAN EXPECTED , GEEK SQUAD WAS ON TIME AND QUICK SETUP .

Impossible for us "lay" people to accomplish, they moved wires, router and TV for us ! Much better now!
