Set up of new TV

While setting up they unwrapped the new TV & neither installer was holding it & it fell over flat on the screen side. Hope nothing was damaged. I requested that he also reconnect our current Bluray along with the new one but he said it was not needed. The new one does not play some of our previous CDs that our old one did. We also called him after he left to tell him that our subwoofer was not working. I have left 2 messages for him & we have not heard back.

Sony OLED TV set up
