    was scheduled when I left store at one time and they changed to a later time without notification. they then said they would be there first afternoon appointment and then came late afternoon very unhappy

    The guys were very friendly and competent but I don't know what they did with the tv remote. I have a remote for the receiver, the xfinity remote, and the Samsung DVD remote, but there is NO LG remote for the tv.

    After looking at pictures of proposed install, salesman told me no problem. When talking to installer on phone they said maybe not. Had to call store general manager. They did install and did a great job

    They had issues hooking up the TV. They pulled a cable into but replaced it. Couldn't get everything working right and told we I didn't need to know how to made changes. But they did show up on time.

    I paid to have 2 items connected to new tv, cable box and a receiver. Said could not hook TV to receiver because it was a home theater system. Everything was already hooked up from previous TC set?

    Tried connecting my in home speakers with Yamaha Receiver They couldn’t do it after coming two weekends in a row Had to get their supervisor to come out and he finally fixed the issue

    may be they are good in some aspect but they are so reid in there performance not accepting what the owners want and not accepting some changes that we discover after the installation

    I was expecting a Geek Squad installation, but instead it was outsourced to a young man who did not use long enough cables/cords and the back panels fell off the TV the same night!

    The person was very knowledgable about your product but he didn't answer any of my questions. He said that what I did was right even though I didn't understand what I did.

    While the geek squad pic show up and didn’t excellent job of mounting my TV on the wall, it took five trips and it took over a month before that all straightened out.

    We bought these to go with our Sony sound bar and 75" flat screen tv. They work pretty good, but not as well as our suround sound system we have in our basement; although they cost more!

    I decided to have the geek squad come out to install this TV because it was too big for one person to hang on the wall. The two gentlemen that came out to my house were absolute professionals, from the time they enter the house to the time they left. Unboxing, installation, clean up and explanation was more than what I expected.

    I'm happy with where they mounted the TV I am not happy with all the extra extravagant charges for longer cords and extra fees that they should have told you about the beginning

    Easy & fast installation of my TV and DVD

    Two Geek Squad folks were very professional in setting up the in-wall kit to hide my cables, installing the on-wall TV rack, hanging my 75" TV and connecting all the HDMI cables. Nice touch to wear shoe covers to protect my wooden floors. They also set up and demonstrated TV settings, and made sure all worked properly.

    Agent Jason hooked up our TV after mounting the TV on the wall. He also hooked up our Blu-Ray player. He walked us through all of the menu options, the remote control, and performed a software update. He was patient and thorough. Explained technical details (I had the HDMI cable backwards), etc. Great service!

    The Geek squad showed up hours late. The rep seems to have been in an extreme hurry to get to his next appointment. He did not seem to be familiar with this particular TV. He even indicated that there was no instructions for the TV ....wrong, I found the info in the carton and showed it to him. As far as the 30 minutes walk through instructions, it is a joke!!!! He was on his way out the door when I told hime that I was entitled to 30 mins intructions which I paid for.

    The staff at the Magnolia center really helped me finalize my TV purchase decision from the options I had been considering. It helped that I came in with some knowledge and was able to explain what I was looking for and what my requirements were. Their installation and takeaway sevices were both excellent.

    We had the Geek Squad do our TV installation! Ben was quick, knowledgeable and had numerous recommendations that we took advantage of. Friendly,patient, efficient, professional and represented BESTBUY in a great light! There's no way we would have been able to do half as good of a job with the set up as Ben!
