Quickly removed 65" TV from carton, placed on stand, and connected to home theatre system. Removed all packaging from house. Couldn't have done it faster or better myself.

The Magnolia sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful, informing me of numerous options and promotions without pressuring me. He informed me that it would be best to have a tilting bracket due to the mounting height. Even better, he told of this bracket on-sale for just $40, down from $100. Nice!

lack of info from geek installers was not a smooth operation

This service came with my 75" Sony. The purchase, delivery, and installation went smoothly. Enjoying the TV as I write this review and still loving it weeks later.

My Geek Squad Team are A Players. They were on time, professional and down to earth. They installed everything, set it up and gave us a great theatre experience.

Geek Squad personell had less than expected knowledge.

The guys came in and set up my TV to cable, Blu-ray and programmed the remotes and explained how to use them. Answered all my questions also. Great job.

The BB guy hooked up 3 cables, did not set up wi-fi and did everything so fast and with no explanation that we would have been better off getting anyone off the street to do this, or just do it ourselves. Carrying it in was his greatest achievement

Dwayne S. has very back follow up skills. I wouldn't recommend him at all. I hate that I am writing this message but knowing that I have called and left messages for him not once but twice and he hadn't returned either of my calls leaves me no choice

The tv was installed in the most basic of ways to get a picture. Nothing to receive the great picture and feature of this expensive tv. I was lucky that one of my neighbors knew how to properly set this tv up and I now enjoy the quality this tv offers.
