    TV setup was not completed with exceptional picture. Had to contact Samsung support for optimal picture quality. I expected Geek Squad to have the expertise per item to optimize it for their customers. That is why I contracted with them.

    The initial installation went great, less than a year later my 82" Samsung MU8000 goes bad. Since still within a year of installing, Geek Squad has me call Samsung Direct for support. Samsung determines the board in the back is defective and will be sending me something I need to replace in the back. Initially I used Geek Squad to install given the size. I call Geek Squad for support and am told it will cost $200. I would expect a better solution after spending $5K on a TV and overall $20K annually at Best Buy.

    We paid to have our TV mounted and for three items to be hooked up to our TV and this did not happen. We paid for cables and installation for the cable box, DVD player, and BOSE system. The delivery guys dropped the TV and left. They did not set-up our TV as instructed and paid for. We were not happy to pay for something we did not receive. BestBuy had a third party deliver our TV and we thought that GEEK Squad was going to deliver and install. We even bought the GEEK Squad package that they offered us.

    bought a new receiver and bought banana plugs to connect my speakers and center channel. makes connecting your speakers a breeze.

    Geek Squad unboxed, set up, connected cable, Xbox and speakers, then instructed. Now I know I couldn't have done it without them!

    Nice guys and they even took time to help with setting up another BB amplifier I had bought earlier. However, I don't think the connections are working and I am having problems viewing films from the blue ray player.

    bought this service and when they came out they didn’t know what they were supposed to do because they used a 3rd party vender. Called store and even though they had record of the purchase of this service 3 different people articulated 3 different things what the services included. It took 4 different trips from a combination of Geek Squad and their 3rd party Vendors to get right. Then Best Buys GM kept blaming their 3rd party vendor. Horrible! Your the ones who are using them.

    Do not recommend unless you are guaranteed a "Geek Squad" Agent. This connect service was purchased in conjunction with TV and Wall Mount installation that in itself was a near disaster. Service provided by Dire_t TV. The Direct T_ reps were going to leave without even turning the TV on. Given the experience with the TV/Mount install I didn't press them to do any further work other than to make sure the TV turned on. I have always had good experience with Geek Squad service in-store, phone support, and or chat. Will never use again if it is a third party contractor..

    Installed the speakers which was the main thing but did not install the components correctly and still cannot get the tuner to work for FM radio. Disappointing... but nice guys

    You suck Geek Squad! You never showed up for our appointment! Didn’t call, text, nothing! We had waited 2 weeks for your streaming tv & service! Then, you want to reschedule for 2 more weeks out? Pitiful! In hindsight, i’m Glad we didn’t go with you. 24/7 customer support? I doubt it! Saved us a lot of money. I will NEVER recommend you, nor will I ever step foot in your store! Terrible! Grade F-
