The set up was efficient and professional. I was initially hesitant to pay someone to do what I thought was a relatively straight forward job. After I saw the pros do the job, I realize that the extra cost was definitely worth it and that my daughter-in-law's recommendation was right on.

Hesitated to spend money having the new 65 inch tv delivered, but bad back argued for it. Really glad I did. Delivery was on time, the guys were very respectful of my home and furnishings, and very skilled setting everything up, including making sure I understood all the features and settings.

From the start to the finish, George and Matt were a synchronized team. They seemed to read each other’s mind when something needed to be done. They arrived on time, were personable and professional, and patient in explaining what defaults they setup and demonstrating how the Sony tv works.

The Geek Squad Team did an installation for my 81 year old parents. My parents said how nice the team was. They also showed my folks how to use the universal remote. There were some issues with the TV after the install and the team brought a new TV out within days. They were worth every penny!

The technician was excellent, answering our questions and guiding us through the features. We are older and a lot of the new technology is over our heads, so his guidance was invaluable. The service saved us the frustration of trying to get everything working together. Would pay for it again.

The tech that came to my house and put my television, sound bar, Fredrick and 4k ultra hd blu ray player together was very fast and knowledgeable. He put everything together and connected everything within an hour and showed me how to use it all. I would highly recommend the geek squad to everyone

Estimator arrived on time and was courteous in telling us what was required for an on the wall installation of a 70 inch TV set.. Installation crew arrived on time were professional and courteous during the installation and hookup of the TV set and soundbar and telling us how to operate the system.

Purely professional couple of guys that brought the TV out,, unpackaged it, set it up to me needs and had it running in less than an hour.. Well worth added cost for this setup. I do appreciate the service that this provides, everything works well, A good tutorial for me on how to use it also.

So happy we decided to have this service install our new Samsung 65in TV Arrived with TV - installation went perfectly - they did everything and then explained how to operate the TV, all add-ons. Personable and professional I will use again and highly recommend to everyone

Nice service -- even though it took 2 visits to get everything straight and to tutor us in all the components. The Best Buy data remains wrong, however, and sends the service personnel to the wrong address. This results in delays and frustrations all around. No one seems able to correct it.

I was hesitant to buy a new TV because the last one almost killed me during the set up. I decided to go with the Geek Squad and it made all the difference. Didn't cost too much but saved me a ton of headaches. They do it all the time and know what they are doing. Highly recommend them.

Geek Squad mounted and installed my television and sound bar. Well worth the money! They did a great job and when they left I had a perfectly set up system. Plus, they took all of the boxes and trash. The guys were very helpful and answered all of my questions before they left too.

We have numerous pieces of equipment to hook up to our tv. We could have never set up our new 65" tv with all the connections we required. They set everything up, programmed the remote to every piece and it couldn't have been more seamless. We LOVE the Geek Squad!!!!

If you are debating whether to spend money on installation, DO NOT HESITATE to have the GEEK SQUAD to do the job. Chris Clermont and his partner are awesome "Double Agents". So blessed to have met their acquaintance and to have their personal touch to make the installation problem free.

These guys are very good .Made "ALL" my cables neatly piled.Setup was very good with them. One thing Geeks should ask if customers want to be hardwired or to be setup using wi-fi with all the connections. Wi-fi can be hacked. Reason why. I perferred hardwired.Thank you.Great job.

When they realized one of the TVs I purchased wasn't at the house yet (too big for my car), one of them left to go pick it up so I wouldn't have to go back with a bigger vehicle. They were courteous, and walked me through everything rather quickly. Definitely satisfied.

Take the worry of how to setup your new tv purchase by Having the GEEK SQUAD come out and do it for you. They are professional, will set it up in no time at all, answer any of your questions and save you a lot of headaches if you have minimum experience in todays technical field.

William was great! Called me to arrange time and to make sure I had the correct screws (LG 55” OLED TV did not come with screws) to do the 3 in 1 setup I have. Would have been dead in the water if I had not been prepared. In and out in less than an hour. TV is awesome!

My wife and I have built a new house and bought a 75 inch tv to make it even more special. We had Geek Squad handle the install. Ronnie and Marcus were the crew and did a professional job. No nonsense. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Couldn't have asked for more.
