    Was very disappointed when I found out BestBuy had Sub Contracted my installation out to a NON GEEK Squad Company. They were supposed to be here for delivery & install between 8am & Noon. Got here at 5:45PM, very rushed installation. Would suggest you get it in writing that they will use Geek Squad and not Farm out the installation to another company.

    Paid for the service of Geek Squad but Best Buy sent an outside contractor which has never set up a $160 Harmony remote. Was not able to connect all the devices to the remote. I ended up returning the remote. Extremely disappointed with Best Buy specially since I had to wait a couple more days for my 75" HDTV for delivery and hook up.

    I still have a box from a 75 inch TV in my house because the Geek Squad third party left it behind. Didn’t dress the cables properly or set up the surround sound. Have tried many times to get a refund but to no avail. Waste of $99

    The installers were rushed by a supervisor who called while installing and were told to move along. The apps were not tested to see if they connected to the sound system- it did not work. They did not leave the user manual. I spent the next day trying to connect tv to sound system. I would like a refund!

    After not showing up on our scheduled set up and mounting, a manager said to escalate service in 3 days. Had second schedule only to find out on the scheduled date that it was cancelled again. Took 3 schedules to finish a very simple order. Very disappointed with Geek squad. Very poor customer service.

    the install was only fair at best,,,, they didn't seem to be very knowlgeable. but the scheduling service was horrible,,, they should not have contracted this out as they were not in sync with the store and had no knowledge of the status of the order,, and in my case,,, completely made stuff up.

    Set up went fine. However a few months went by and noticed pixeling on tv. Took a video of it and showed it to GS at stire. Was told I would have to bring it in...could not believe they would not come out and take a look...or they would but it would charge service fee.

    After paying for the service, we had to call someone else to actually get the smart tv working the way it was meant to be! Call Geek squad and left message in order to let them know that my tv was NOT working with all the features that it has and they NEVER returned my call. Waste of money!

    The person who installed the TV was in a hurry to leave. Didn't really explain he functions/remote/settings properly. Left the One Connect Box on the floor instead of putting it on the table. Overall rating "poor".

    The tv was mounted well, however the installer didn’t bring the correct tools to run the wires behind the wall, immediately canceled the job, and I haven’t been refunded for said work yet.

    I thought this was a complete waste of money! All they did was, LITERALLY, plug it in and connect 2 HDMI wires! Maybe if you have a few devices that need to be hooked up and calibrated but I only have the cable box and my PS4 so for me it was a total waste of money!

    the installation went well but the installers were in such a rush to leave that their instruction were so minimal had trouble using the Tv and cancelled my Geek squad contract
