Don't be fooled. I purchased a new 98" TV with a new soundbar. They didn't have a mount available for the TV so I ordered one from Amazon. I had to wait a month for the TV to be delivered and mounted, but I was fine with that. I was given my delivery time window the day before and I confirmed it. About an hour later I received several notifications that I needed to reschedule my appointment. My wife and I spent 3+ hours with customer service, on the phone and on the chat. Nobody had any answers as to why it all of the sudden needed rescheduled. One would say they didn't have a crew available for mounting. The next said they didn't have my TV yet. Another said they didn't have my soundbar mount. Delivery day rolls around and a Geek Squad agent calls to see if I'm expecting them. I had already taken the whole day off work since the initial delivery window is 7a-7p, so yes I was available and expecting my TV to be delivered and mounted like it was scheduled a month ago. When they arrived they were immediately saying they didn't know if they'd be able to mount it today because they were worried the soundbar mount wasn't correct. I told them that the agent in the store checked and said it would be fine, but if they weren't sure then to at least mount the TV and I could do the soundbar myself. I stepped out to make another call and when I came back they were loading up their truck to leave. He said they weren't able to mount it until I bought a different soundbar mount that he took the liberty of putting in my cart for me on the app. He said once I paid for it and received it then to call and reschedule the mounting. It was way more expensive than the one I had originally purchased. And on top of that, the soonest available mounting appointment was again, another month. I ended up mounting the 98" TV and soundbar by myself. When I tried to call customer service to discuss my issues with my service I got nowhere. So don't believe the Free Mounting ($300 value) and $80 soundbar mounting like I did. I didn't receive a refund for any of these services. If dropping off a TV and plugging it in is a $300 value then I chose the wrong career path. Never did I imagine spending this much money on a new TV and sound equipment, and receiving such terrible customer service in return. I couldn't recommend them less.

Ever had an install when the installers seemed like they’re in a race to get your expensive equipment in so they can go home or drinking or what? NOT AT BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD! They took their time to make sure EVERYTHING in installed correctly, per your instructions and then make sure your new equipment works like it should work. Best install I’ve EVER had from two of the Squad that cares. Worth twice the price! (Unlike a company that starts with RC—-)

Came on time. Mounted it to perfection this was included in thr buy from christmas else this size tv would been 399 to mount it

The two gentlemen that put up our new Sony TV and wall mount were terrific! As a university professor, I was so impressed by the senior member, who was training the junior member. He was articulate, positive and very sensitive. Everything went like clockwork and they both were a joy to speak with. We almost felt like we should invite them to dinner. What a great team, that were personable and knew what they were doing. That combination is a rarity these days, especially having help that is knowledgeable and confident. We hope we get them again in the future.

Was amazed i thought they were just going to mount the tv but they did more. They hide the wires for a clean look , and were patient setting up the tv. It’s worth it.

The installers were super professional and quick. They easily moved the TVs in and out of the rooms and used all of the equipment I requested. I would definitely do this again.

First off, the service and the Geek Squad install (wall mounting) was first class. As for the TV itself … good quality but if I had the funds, I would have gotten the high end model. Picture is good, but nothing compared to the Wow factor with Samsungs high end versions. Bought a house so TV just had to be “good enough”. Lots of expenses

Total Tech spent 5 hours uninstalling SONOS system, installing 83" TV, moving a 75" TV and installing somewhere else, making sure cables were hidden behind walls, made sure all sound was routing in our already installed SONOS whole house setup. The guys were great! Can't say enough about their professionalism, willingness to help, and knowledge of all things A/V! Super impressed and grateful for them!

I needed a wall mount for my TV as well as having the TV mounted. The technician quickly & efficiently mounted the hardware and had the TV connected as well. The technician provided me some tips and tricks to get me started and on the right path to learning & enjoying streaming programs.

Geek squad team (led by Roland Piche) was efficient, neat, professional, and informative. The TV was perfectly centered and level and at the ideal height for our theatre room.

A must have if you are purchasing a larger TV that you will mount on the wall. They did great work! Plus they made sure to clean up after they were done.

Team that arrived was in and out and the TV looks great! No way we could have done as good a job as them.

They gave me call updates for when they would arrive, letting me still get stuff done that day. They also tailored the install to exactly where I wanted the tv, did a couple pull ups on the mount to show it wasn’t going anywhere and put the tv up super quick. With my oled, I didn’t trust myself to do the job anywhere near as quickly or as well without damaging the tv, so the Geeksquad guys eased my anxiety! They also told me I should upgrade my hdmi cables to get the most out of my tv, something I never would have thought of. Went ahead and got a couple audioquest cables and suddenly things that should have been HDR content was actually HDR content, my tv even popped up with a notification saying so!
