They came to my house with 3 tv and mounts ask me where I wanted the tvs to be and got to work they placed them perfectly and centered. Took them at most 35 mins to do 3 tvs. They even cleaned there mess and hauled off the trash. Absolutely amazing.

Jose and his helper did a great job. I highly recommend Geek Squad Installation and Mounting! This service is free to Total Tech Members who buy NEW TV's at Best Buy and is a great deal. Oh, and make sure you request Geek Squad when you set up the install! Jose is an excellent installer and Marcus, the Store Manager in Irving, TX is awesome, too! Thank you.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 98” tv was supposed to be installed on Thanksgiving Eve. Geek squad had wrong address. Rescheduled for 1wk later and my order was just cancelled! Reordered. Dec 17 tv arrived and 3 people couldn’t get tv upstairs. My family got tv upstairs. Rescheduled installation for 1/2/25. WITHOUT ANY notice appointment was rescheduled. Called and spoke with a very rude and unprofessional rep who just put me on hold. Called back and spoke to a very polite rep who said “ this is unsatisfactory and I will have my manager call you”. Call never happened. My installation is now scheduled for 1/4/25! ALL fingers and toes are crossed in hopes that this will really happen. My tv is sitting in the box awaiting installation. Customer service is definitely not what it used to be. Hands down my WORST experience ever.

The 2 people who performed installation and set up were excellent and were great at explaining things in understandable manner. They were also receiving, patient and apologetic regarding my frustration with a redirect in the scheduled installation time, that occurred on scheduled date, having waited 3 weeks already & having received several confirmations the day before. The issue was not a fault of the 2 installers, but clearly the BB/Geek Squad systemic management. All ended well.

The agents mounted my 98 inch TCL TV on the wall. Working perfect.

This guys know exactly what and how to do it! They mounted a very heavy 100" TV and it was flawless, very simmetric and balanced.

The Geek Squad technician was very professional and friendly and willing to do whatever necessary, including taking the tv back to store to exchange it (he was given an open box tv which I didn’t order). He also had to modify my existing wall mount to fit my new tv, which he did willingly. He then took the time to set up and explain using my new tv & remote.

You don't realize what a job it is until you watch the techs. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and worked well together.

Happy, Make sure to buy the mount with the TV and not through geeksquad. I didnt get the maximum reward points, unfortunately.

I am a very particular customer and their work was nothing short of stellar and remarkable. The installer team did a good job of installing the TV wall mount for our 75 inch LG tv. Bought from Best Buy as well. The mount was reasonably priced and good quality. I would recommend this product.

Great TV. Installers were excellent. On time, efficient and polite. Salesperson Joe Vanderslice is far and away the most knowledgeable, personable, helpful, customer focused person I've ever worked with.

The geek squad installed my 83 inch sony oled and the guys were quick and so polite. I also have them move and installed two other tvs . they are always very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone who wants the job done right.

Geek Squad did a great job putting the bracket in, and mounting the television. It was an articulating t.v mount and they did an excellent job, the job was a bit time consuming but given the complexity of the job, they got it done quickly. Work area was also clean/tidy after. The two techs were friendly and informative, we would definitely have Geek Squad do tech work for us again.
