Mounted my tv, all looked good. Said goodbye, and I noticed something after they left. I flagged them down as they were driving off, they can back made a minor adjustment and all was good. They stayed to make sure I was satisfied. I’m extremely satisfied.

The geek squad installer showed up when expected, was very professional, installed two wall mounts and two 32" smart televisions in our sons' group home, set up the TV with the wifi connections and explained how to operate the remote.

The crew who came out to install our system - TV, universal remote, sound bar, and DVD player were amazing! They came in, got to work, effectively and efficiently hooked everything up, set up Prime and Netflix and then showed me how to make it all work. I was also given a card with phone number I could call to get help if necessary. I can't say enough good things about this service.

The service from the Geek Squad in setting up our TV and mounting the wall mount was outstanding. The technicians were friendly, courteous and helpful. They were careful of our belongings and made every effort to make sure we were happy.

Crew was prompt, punctual, efficient and respectful. They were professional and performed the installation with an intelligent and clean manner. They offered suggestions on different ways of handling it and allowed us to decide.

Cannot say enough good things about my install team. Professional and took all safety protocols for covid throughout the install process. Installed my giant TV, mount to wall, mesh network and hooked up all Sonos equipment to my network/TVs. Walked through everything installed and reviewed all my questions. Simply top notch - would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

The agents were excellent. They were timely, professional and my TVs were set up properly with the instructions that I needed to use my devices. The TV on my screened porch was also mounted and is working to perfection.

They went above and beyond to move one 55" tv to another room and install a 65" tv. The 55" t was moved to a very tight area. They rearranged the power strips so they weren't constantly in danger of falling off the desktop. I was very impressed with them

This task would have been very difficult for me. A geek squad team came and knocked it out in minimum time. I wish the initial appointment window was more precise. But I'm very satisfied with the install and service.

The young man who came to install both of my 65 inch flat screens was a gentleman. I was surprised to see him arrive alone to make installation, but then pleasantly surprised once I realized he can handle it.

Justin and his crew were very professional and friendly. Showed up on time, handled my items with the utmost care, and very thoroughly answered all my technical questions. Fantastic service from start to finish!
