Both Geek Squad reps were EXCELLENT. They came in and setup new TV in living room, moved old TV from living room and mounted on wall in master bedroom, took old TV from MB and put it on new stand. I could not be happier.

The Men from Geek Squad did another outstanding job connecting the TV, and Soundbar using the single mounting bracket. They measured the wall and mounted the bracket smack in the middle of the wall.

Chris mounted 65’ LG TV perfectly. Very impressed he was fast knowledgeable and very neat. He did a very professional job . I couldn’t done it any better. He saw to every detail. Would recommend to family and friends . Worth the money.

The techs knew what to do but Best Buy sent supervisors that didn't listen to my mounting needs. Install went well after my correcting their mistake. The techs were perfect in performance.

Good job done and fast. Did not clean up the dust from drilling. Very helpful with making sure TV works correctly. I was called a few times for installation but did not answer because phone number not recognized. It would be helpful if it said Geed squad to know caller is not spam.

Two agents (one was training) installed and connected everything rather quickly. They even took care ogg do the cabling by using 7 small Velcro ties which really makes th Ed e we hope set up look great!

The geek squad connected my tv to the stand & it swivels perfectly. Only problem is the sound on the tv, but I think that will resolve once I change to the new cable box

I have been a total member for years and years. I was told $349.98 to hang my 98" TV to the wall and $49.98 to hook up my Polk Audio System. Credit Card was billed $449.98 Bad experience, installers came about 5pm, 8/07 said they were too tired and could do a better job if they came back 8/10. They came back 8/10 and said i had the wrong mount. they came back 8/20 hung the TV on the wall and said the speaker system was not on their work order but said they will hook it up since they were here, Terrible hooh up, wires leading nowhere. no sound out of some speakers. Subwoofer plugged in and no other connectors. they did say they only have hooked up wireleed systems. i would never want the same two installers to ever come here ever again. What i was charged to hang the TV was legal robbery. *
