The guys knew what they were do did a professional job

They installed a TV mount and hung the tv. Th tv mount is perfect for us: it Gus the ability to move the tv out and to different angles left to right.

The TV was heavy and awkward to handle, but not for the Geek Squad! They did the installation in a very neat and efficient manner and cleaned up well after the job was complete.

Both of the installers did a great job installing all of the audio and video equipment. They were excellent in explaining the setup and use of the new equipment.

The agents were very punctual, professional and friendly. They mounted my TV’s appropriately I am very pleased.

When they actually came the Geek Squad installation personnel were top notch and delivered good quality service. The automated scheduling system was awful though and it took several tries (and scheduling from work) to get it right.

Geek Squad delivered my Samsung QLED60, set it up and programmed my Logitech Harmony quickly and seamlessly. After the installation, they took their time to explain how to use everything.

I have had 4 tv,s installed by the geek squad.All on my walls through my house,love it.No wires to be seen, total placement.

The guys arrived on schedule. As a team they worked perfectly together, even adding a bit of humor. When finished they took the time to adjust our new tv(that we purchased elsewhere) to perfection. Great work guys!

Geek Squad installed a 75" Samsung outdoor TV on a patio above a fireplace. The techs did a great job. The also hauled away the old TV.
