The agent arrived on time, and didn't take very long. He did tighten the lag bolt down a bit much, causing the drywall to pucker slightly.

Right on time and efficient. Only complaint is they can do better job in cleaning up the grease hand prints on appliances

The ages that came out to my home to mount my TV and connect my device is very professional polite and knowledgeable.

One tech arrived about 15 minutes after the first one arrived to help lift the 65 inch tv. The two of them were fast and efficient . Both tv’s were set up and working in less than an hour.

Works well. Full tilt. Had Geek Squad install multiple t.v.s: New TV, an existing tv and one in the Kitchen on Tile.
