The crew they sent out did a great job. They installed and set up the new tv on the wall mount and showed us how to use the tv remote. They also set up our existing logitech remote to operate the new tv.

Geek Squad Agent quickly and professionally mount and secure your TV to a wall. They were unable to figure out how to hang the TV, because of a lack of studs in the wall. I ended up doing it myself.

THE GEEK SQUAD ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND CONNECTED MY TV AND OTHER DEVICES WITHOUT AND ISSUES. THEY ALSO RELOCATED THE REPLACED TV TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN THE HOME AND RECONNECTED IT TO THE OTHER DEVICES. GREAT JOB.

We had an appointment on the schedule for several weeks for today after buying our TV from Best Buy. There was no communication prior to today narrowing the installation window. The scheduled install remained under my login despite the no show by the installation crew. I called 3 times. First time I called I was told to wait longer, someone will call you today when they are on their way. 2nd time we were "disconnected". I did get a hold of the delivery and install helpdesk on my 3rd try, where they confirmed what I already knew which was the job did not get assigned to anyone so that we would have to reschedule. The first date was April 3 (2+ weeks), which clearly isn't great, The customer service person indicated she escalated the issue and that we will hear from someone in 24/48 hours. We will see if that happens or not. A poor experience on all fronts. Showing up is 1/2 the battle and that didn't happen. The customer service person gave us a $50 gift card. I understand the gesture, but really getting the bracket here and the TV on the wall is the only ask we have. We'll be happy when that happens.
