FOREVER LOST AS A BEST BUY CUSTOMER

I TRIED TO REMEDY THROUGH THEM AND THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO REACH ANYONE AND THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT MEET DELIVERY DATE. OFFERED A NEW DATE 10 DAYS IN THE FUTURE-UNACCEPTABLE.
