Horrific Service

Terrible service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already reviewed this and cant believe I wasnt contacted. The service was awful . One of the techs dropped the tv and told the other tech, we will just tell best buy it was damaged in the box. They installed the tv, but did not test it with anyone or checkout, they simply left. I will never use Best buy again based on teh actual service and follow up from it.
