    After not having TV in the living room for 3 months due to issues with set up, and then initial TV that was purchased having a cracked screen, I am pleased with the Samsnung I wound up with.

    The gentleman text that he would be here in 40 minutes but didn't show up until one and a half hours later. He spoke very little English. We paid an additional fee to have the apps installed and a demo on how to use the Tv. He started to install random apps, didn't ask which ones we wanted, kept shoving his phone in my face and when I asked a question he said I don't know. He left without apps installed and no demo. I had no idea how to even get to the screen to watch our cable. I had to contact someone else to help me get it set up. What a waste of money. If you are going to send someone out for a demonstration make sure they speak the same language as the consumer.

    Good Luck Getting a Refund if You Choose this Opt

    We decided to keep our old television and donate it. When I asked about getting a refund for this fee, I was referred to a second chat, then told I had to call a number, then was put on hold forever and then told that I had to wait 24 hours. Been given the run around so much that I gave up and never got my refund, which is I'm sure what they are banking on.

    This was a VERY disappointing experience. It took three different services to perform a simple exchange of one defective TV for another. Your operations are siloed and don't communicate between the store and the field. The store could not write a clear order to remove the new defective TV from the wall and replace it with a new TV. You haave to get your act together.

    Best Buy is an absolute joke when it comes to delivery and haul-away. I was lied to from the start (told two teams were coming—false), then it took 8 days and 5+ phone calls just to get a TV picked up. I made it idiot-proof by leaving the TV outside and telling every rep who called, yet the pickup crew said they never saw a single note. This is the third time I’ve dealt with their garbage “communication” system, which clearly doesn’t exist. If I ran my business like this I’d be bankrupt—Best Buy survives only because of their protection plans, because their customer service and installer coordination are a total failure.
