They were suppose to deliver between 2 and 7 and didn't arrive here until sometime after 7 with NO telephone call saying why they would be late. Then no one of those making the delivery spoke English so we had problems with the install. Overall a very BAD experience!

fast, friendly ,and efficient removal of my old TV

Geek were wonderful! I ordered this for my father who is in assisted living. I am out of state and needed someone to set the TV up and get it logged into his amazon account. The geek squad rep called me afterwards to let me know how the installation went and commented on how he enjoyed chatting with my dad and my dad was really impressed with the service. It was no small feat to set this TV up because I had no clue what the Amazon password was and the geek squad had to figure out where the OTPs were going. If I had to do this over again I would choose best buy.

In home service was great. Tech was knowledgable, friendly and professional. And it was great to have him take the old TV for recycling instead of waiting for an appt to take to a local recycling center.

The technicians came to my home they were very professional very thorough took the old TV and packaging away Make sure that everything was cleared.

The delivery and haul away process went very well. I had a 27 inch console tv which was sentimental to me since it was my very first major appliance and was 35 years old in perfect condition but the technology had caught up with it so she had to go. The drivers were very kind and understanding in the handling of the old set which I named "Big Bertha" she was the best!

The removal of the old TV and installation of the new TV went as planned. I needed to purchase an additional set of mounting screws, which the installers had with them.
