All garbage and Styrofoam was removed from my house. Also, my old 51" plasma TV was removed.

this operation took 3 trips to take care of what was promised me by the inside rep who wrote my order. i was told the tv would be delivered for free, setup for free and old tv taken away, for a fee. first time they dropped off the box, took the old tv and didnt set up. second time they came back and took the tv out of the box and did not setup. 3rd time they setup for a $400.00 fee, which was waived. after all the trips, i am satisfied. dont like to be lied to. all 3 people who came to the house were wonderful. my problem is with the inside reps

The “white glove” installers drilled 12 holes in the wall- requiring me to hire wall repair; hung the TV only in the drywall with no support so one side of the TV pulled off the wall and hung dangerously. The cost for me to have the walls repaired and the TV hung properly after they left came to $1500 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I buy a new TV Sony TV $1730. It didn’t work. Best Buy was supposed to set it up. They didn’t all they did is drop it off. I’m fed up with Best Buy. It’s a garbage Buy dump. They won’t give me all your money back that’s not fair they should give me all my money back. I hope you read this Best Buy and you get a grip.
