Super easy and helpful experience. Brought the new tv in and took the old tv out. The entire encounter was about 1 minute long. Best way to go about getting rid of a very old or bust tv. Saves you a long trip to a tv recycling center. The men were also super friendly and personable. The one man asked why I’m getting rid of such a new and great tv and told him my daughter threw a toy at it and broke it. He was laughing so hard it was great. He wasn’t laughing at me but laughing because he was sharing his own experience and told me he had kids and he totally relates. It’s a very pleasant encounter on top of great and professional service as well.

The team dropped off my new television and took away the old set along with the bag containing the tremor and power cable. No questions asked. No muss, no fuss.

I very much appreciated the haul-away and recycling service for an old TV that had been damaged beyond repair. As it was a large and heavy TV it would have been difficult for me to handle that chore once the new replacement TV had been delivered and installed.

Tv and install were great. Suggestions were made to improve my entertainment. The installers cleaned up the area afterwards. They instructed me on the tv. They were extremely professional.

The delivery folks hauled away my old dead TV quickly and cleanly. I didn’t have to worry about disposal/recycling as they took care of it all.

The geek squad is hard to beat. Best Buy sends 2 technicians to your house. You don't have to lift a finger. They set up and mount new TV, haul away the old......The owner only needs to know their login and passwords to make all channels and apps work.

Haul-away crew were polite and professional. Brought in the new TV and removed the old one.
