The two Geek squad installers called me ahead of time before arrival, they showed up on time, were very pleasant and mounted the TV in no time. They also picked up all the packing materials and the old TV and took it with them.

They did everything we had agreed to. They suggested I keep the box the large tv can in, but in hindsight, I wish they would have taken the box. How am I going to get rid of such a large box

Great picture quality with the additional free Samsung channels is a bonus.

A great way to dispose of old electronics, which can be very difficult to get rid of these days. It’s great that bestbuy offers this service so people don’t throw their old TVs in a field somewhere

I was very pleased with the service. The two individuals who came to my residence were very professional. They made sure the placement of the television and use of the features of the device were clearly explained. They removed my old TV with no issues. I would recommend this service especially if you are looking to have your TV mounted on the wall.

The delivery, set up & haul away dudes were efficient, all business (focusing on the task at hand) & seemed surprised when I gave them the old TV's original box & packaging. All in all, a good value.

I like this TV. I was excited to find this one with Fire TV. Two gentlemen delivered, set it up and hauled away the old one. Everything went smooth. Good experience. I've had it now for about a month and have had no problems.
