Sold my house and scheduled an appointment with the geek squad. Nice and easy came home and both 86 in tvs were off the wall along with all my speakers and stereo equipment. In a nice neat area all ready for me to box up for the move. In a couple of months they get to put back up in the new house.

The Geek Squad installer did an excellent job on my install, clean up and consultation. It was work the money.

The technicians did a wonderful job, as always! They were able to arrive earlier than expected, which was perfectly fine with me, and mounted both TVs. One was a remount as I had to have that TV taken down due to renovations in that room. After the job was completed they returned to remount that TV and mount another TV in a different room. They were very friendly and professional and worked to make sure I was satisfied and took the boxes away with them! I am VERY happy the Best Buy Geek Squad members. On a side note, I am sorry Best Buy closed the location nearest me, it will probably save me some money! Or not.

Agents are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad are trained customer service professionals with a skill set that enables them to install and install any appliances when called upon to do so. They are friendly and well mannered. I feel safe with them in my house. Best purchase I ever made.

The geek squad employee that came to install was amazing. He was very knowledgeable. He also called ahead of time to ask what the wall was made of and informed me that he could only install tilt mounts (different Best Buy employee on phone did not mention this when I booked my appointment and bought a full rotation mount therefore I had a mount that Best Buy was not allowed to install since my wall was plaster). Geek squad installer brought a tilt mount with him and installed that one on the spot. Geek squad installer was amazing. Best Buy needs to work on ensuring the reps that handle sales are as knowledgeable as their installers.

The agents moved quick to uninstall my projection screen and laser projector.

TV was uninstalled without any issues. I would get this service again if needed to even though I think the price of this service should be lower.
