He did a fantastic job, couldn’t be more happy!!!!

The two young men came on time and went right to work taking my tv down to replace bracket. It wasn't going to be a good install with my wall, so they put the tv back on the old bracket. They said for me to return the new bracket. I told them they could have the bracket. To my surprise, they returned the bracket and credited my account! It was a complete surprise, but what a nice thing for them to have done! I am very happy with them and the Geek Squad! Yay!

Removed and reinstalled TV. I was able to have the issue resolved.

They were on time and polite. I was complaining about how much it cost and I was told if I'm a member I should get a better price. Somehow my membership is wacky and I saved almost 100$. I have two rebates available, but sine I called to get my correct pricing on multiple purchases it's like pulling teeth. Make it so when I call in they can see my purchases. Great job uninstalling

The agents that removed and then remounted my TV far exceeded all of my expectations. They were very courteous and friendly. They definitely knew what they were doing and willing to answer any questions I asked. They were great!!

Thomas and Adam were excellent. They were friendly, well spoken and patient. They set up the new 65" TV and soundbar and answered all our questions. They also helped to set up the two new smaller tvs and answered all our questions about them too! They were wonderful.

The GS professionals do the job quickly, professionally, and they involve you in the process if you'd like to be. They answer questions and train you on the basics of your TV set-up.

The Geek squad did a great job of removing the faulty wall mounted TV and reinstalling a new replacement unit. They took the time to setup the new unit and pair the soundbar to the system. The team was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend the squad.
